Craft Atelier began in October 2008 and is the brainchild of a few ladies who love all things handmade.
Based in Singapore, Craft Atelier currently operates from the comfort of our instructor’s apartment. Our usual business includes conducting workshops for all levels of learners, from adults to children. We offer a variety of craft workshops ranging from rubber stamping, parchment craft, crochet and knitting. Customised workshops, tailored to individual or corporate needs, are also available.
For groups that prefer to conduct their own workshops, Craft Atelier provides design and consultancy services for workshop packages. Each package comes with clear instructions and pre-prepared materials so that the activities can be carried out at a venue and timing of your own choice.
In 2009, Craft Atelier extended our range of services to include the sales of craft products and tools. It first began as a special service offered only to workshop participants, but soon evolved into a full-fledged online store. In recent months, we have expanded our product range to include pre-loved items, In recent months, we have expanded our product range to include pre-loved items, card kits and handmade gifts. Craft brands that were previously unavailable in Singapore stores (e.g. Spellbinders and Stampavie) are now selling on our e-store.
In 2010, Craft Atelier plans to establish more retailer relationships with other brands of products, offer workshop and product subscriptions and share more craft ideas through our online blog and community forum. We look forward to your renewed love and support as we continue on our journey of discovering life through (handi)craft.
Towards the end of 2010, there was some shuffling of the management of the online shop. One of our craft instructor will be taking a leave of absence as she pursues her further studies. Another will be putting her focus on the newest members to her family and so will be taking a break from instruction as well. Starting with 2011, we will be putting in some new policies to ensure we are still able to provide quality service and share craft ideas on this portal. We hope to have your continued support in using this portal for viewing and sharing new craft ideas!
